How did you lose 70 lbs...

People keep asking me how I lost weight, got in shape for the body building competition, and what I'm doing now. I figured I should document it.

It's 9:45 PM on Friday night. I'm leaving the gym after 30 minutes on the stair-master (20 min intervals and 10 min normal walking).

I feel so great knowing that I worked out and am going to get a great nights sleep.  The bonus is I get to eat a protein pancake when I wake up. Hell to the yes.
